A first-generation college graduate from the University of Southern California, Mason spent his four years as a pitcher for Trojans baseball while completing degrees in Public Policy & Development and Real Estate. Like most student athletes, Mason realized that athletic opportunities at a professional level are slim and decided to focus on career paths outside of baseball. Mason entered the corporate world as a salesman for Gallo Wine Co. shortly after he graduated in 2018. After he exceeded goals and expectations within his tenure at Gallo, he sought new opportunities to further his sales career. Soon after, Mason discovered athLEDA Arise and the team was thrilled to help him level up and further his skills in communication, management, and sales. He now works for Willscot, the nation’s largest provider of mobile office space. Within his role at athLEDA Arise, Mason seeks to help current college students and recent graduates smoothly transition from athlete to businessperson through transparent advice and individual support.
